Privacy Policy
Plain version: we collect what you send us, we use it to do the thing you asked for, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
When you submit a booking request, a model application or a contact message, we collect the details you type into that form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and whatever you write in the message.
When you join our email list, we collect your email address.
Our host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To reply to you, quote your session, and run the booking you asked for.
To send the email list you opted into. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and we honour it immediately.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Photography and releases
Photographs of you are never published without a signed model release covering that session. The release specifies where images may appear, and you may set limits on it before the shoot.
If you have signed a release and later want an image removed from our website or social channels, email us and we will take it down. Prints already sold and material already distributed cannot be recalled.
Cookies and storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
The age confirmation on our restricted gallery is stored in your own browser so you are not asked on every visit. It never leaves your device.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within thirty days.
Deleting your data does not remove records we are legally required to keep, such as transaction records.
Questions about any of this go to hello@throttlesirens.com. This policy is a starting point drafted for a small business and should be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
